There are a bumper set of elections coming up in May. There are borough council elections that were postponed last year running alongside planned county elections and the election for the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner.
Your local Liberal Democrats would encourage all voters to register for a postal vote in the upcoming and future elections.
Registering for a postal vote is straightforward and can be done through Brentwood Borough Council.
We encourage everyone to exercise their democratic right to vote and have a say in the direction your councils will take and who will represent you.
Postal voting means you can vote safely at home, ahead of time. After every election we speak to people who planned to vote but couldn't in the end because something came up on the day - they got ill or were away unexpectedly. So please register for a postal vote and pass on the message to your family and friends.
