Another planning application in Brentwood station area

Brentwood West's Liberal Democrat councillors have referred an application for eleven dwellings and two retail units in Fairfield Road to the Planning Committee for further consideration.
Cllr Nigel Clarke said:
"Although this site is clearly in need of re-development in September, an application for 71 flats was turned down not more than a few feet away. I believe the committee needs to fully consider all the issues around building another clutch of properties in this area, especially with regards to parking and the local infrastructure."
"We look forward to discussing it on 10th November."
