Candidate news: Jay Laplain selected in Warley

Jay Laplain has been selected as our candidate for the Warley borough council seat in May 2019.

Jay lives in Brentwood with his wife Vanessa and is granddad to six grandaughters. He is employed as a project manager at a global communications company based in Brentwood. He has worked in the area for 15 years and moved here from East London 13 years ago.

He stood in Brizes & Doddinghurst in 2016 and is delighted to be fighting a seat so near to where he lives. Jay can often be seen walking through the Childerditch lanes on the fitness trail and has walked over 1000 miles through the Essex countryside in the last few years.

Sitting borough councillors Mark Haigh and Nigel Clarke, plus County Cllr David Kendall, hope to welcome Jay to their active team in the ward. If you would like to help Jay get elected, please get in touch.
