Hugh Gorton to stand in Brizes & Doddinghurst
Local campaigner Hugh Gorton will be our candidate for Brizes & Doddinghurst ward.
After retirement from a career as a pharmaceutical scientist Hugh has taken the opportunity to become more involved in the local community. He is a Parish Councillor and has taken action on a number of local issues already. He has stood for the Lib Dems in Brizes and Doddinghurst in the last two Borough elections and is in a strong position to win this year,.
Hugh has been delivering his newsletters and campaign material by bike in the remotest parts of the ward.
Local elections for one third of Brentwood's council seats takes place from 7am until 10pm on Thursday 6 May 2021. You can register to vote or apply for a postal or proxy vote here. You will also find information on where to vote.
