Remember to return your postal vote to elect Lib Dem councillors and MPs

Postal voters across the constituency are now beginning to receive their postal vote papers and are reminded that they have two completely separate elections to vote in this year.

Voters have the chance to elect a Liberal Democrat councillor and a Liberal Democrat MP. The levels of government are elected separately and have no effect on each other.

Chair of Brentwood & Ongar Liberal Democrats, Cllr Karen Chilvers, said:

"Many Liberal Democrat voters have taken the sensible decision to vote by post, meaning they don't miss out if they suddenly find themselves unable to get to the polling station on 6th May.

"You'll need to sign and add your date of birth to the papers and then put both your voting slips back in the envelope."

"If you have any problems or queries, you can call us on 07927 404 826 for help."
