Cllr David Kendall is delighted to confirm that tactile paving will be introduced in Brentwood High Street to help visually impaired residents, workers and visitors.

The two schemes follow his "Blindfold Challenge" in May 2018 where he experienced life from the perspective of someone with visual challenges and subsequent campaigning to make it a reality.

David said:

"I am delighted that I had the opportunity to work with 'Guide Dogs for the Blind' on this project and hope that this will make a real difference for anyone with sight problems."
