Due to work commitments, which see him working away from Essex for a considerable amount of time, Mathew Aspinell has decided to resign his seat on Brentwood Council. This will mean there will be a by-election announcement shortly.
Liberal Democrats will introduce a new parking scheme in Brentwood that would give residents and visitors the first hour of parking free in the town centre car parks as part of a one year pilot scheme.
